I really did appreciate that. My doctor allowed me to speak uninterrupted and listened attentively.
The connection quality of the video consultation was a little bit choppy, but that could very well have been from my own Internet. I would not be quick to assign blame to the hospital and their computer or Wi-Fi.

At first I was hesitant for the treatment in Mexico but after the meeting with doctor Isabella, my entire perspective changed. She is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. She will explain the treatment and procedure with you in detail. I will not hesitate again to recommend her to any of my friends and family. She will perform the procedure in the comfort of your own residency without having to travel to the clinic. This is very accommodating as it minimizes the interruption if or when you are on vacation. I am now trying to go on a medical trip again. The new system sucks. When you enter your phone number you have to receive a verification code to do a request. I didn't receive any code. I talked to the operator. They stringed me allong for almost a week,promising that the medical coordinator would contact me. Nothing happened. I am sick and they are truly not helpfull at all. Mom could not make an accurate diagnosis, and we decided to be examined in Korea. I left a request in bookimed. And what surprised immediately rang. I told you how, all the tests that were done, and I was advised by the Ehwa clinic. We immediately agreed and signed up with a mammologist. Everything is clean in the clinic, all doctors, all medical staff are qualified, and very friendly. The translator was with my mother all the time, and he explained everything very clearly. They quickly took the tests, and immediately established a diagnosis, they said it was necessary to do the operation. The operation lasted 5 hours (general preparation, etc.) after the operations in the clinic 10 days. They did everything neatly, everything had almost healed. Very professional and great attention to detail. Only upsetting experience was when I was admitted papers were in Turkish and no one could explain what I was signing. Hesitant I signed because if I didn’t they said I couldn’t get treatment. I also was not allowed any copies of these but could take a picture of them. That needs to change. Highly recommend.

I turned to Bookimed for help in selecting an endocrinologist for my 16-year-old son. The goal was to get a quality consultation of a European specialist during a New Year's tourist trip to Barcelona. Bookimed staff organized a meeting very quickly. TEKNON Clinic is one of the best in Europe. Therefore, I will not talk about the quality of reception, Everything is at the highest level. In the international department, a Russian-speaking girl manager met us, took us to a doctor, helped with the translation. There was no misunderstanding with the doctor. It is too early to talk about the quality of treatment. But the doctor explained that in Spain they do not use that (the only, according to our doctors) medicine that we took for 5 years (!), Because it only suppresses the hormone, and does not eliminate the root cause. He offered to cancel his appointment for 2 months, pass the necessary tests and forward it to him. After that, he will prescribe the necessary medicine. We also tentatively agreed on a future ON-LINE consultation. I am very sorry that I did not seek advice earlier. In addition, most doctors in Russia suggested removing the thyroid gland. But the doctor at Teknon assured that this was not necessary. Be sure to write a comment after a second consultation and on the results of treatment.

The hospital looks like a 5 star hotel. The service was just as good aswell. The Dr was very informative, she spoke English too. Even though I was given a translator for my appointment. She was helpful when I visited other sections in the hospital that had non English speakers.
