We really liked the Physiomer hospital, it is very cozy and comfortable here. A big plus for the team, especially Melih, he helped us a lot on organizational issues. The physiotherapists are very patient and kind. Hussein and Zhannan are the best in their business. We have been choosing places where they can help us for a long time and we were not mistaken in choosing Physiomer, our little one was happy to work with this team.

Nobel rehab offered my mother, who had a stroke, a good program. It included both traditional methods, such as massage, physiotherapy exercises, a swimming pool, and modern methods using robots. Mom is going through an intensive rehabilitation course. I want to note the respectful and caring attitude of the staff. Living conditions and food completely suit my mother.

We went to the clinic for the first time, it was scary, we didn’t know how everything would go (another country, culture, language barrier, etc.) But from the first moment we were surrounded by touching care and attention. The hospital looks like a 5 star hotel. The service was just as good aswell. The Dr was very informative, she spoke English too. Even though I was given a translator for my appointment. She was helpful when I visited other sections in the hospital that had non English speakers.

My mother was in the clinic for rehabilitation after knee replacement surgery. In general, her impression is positive, the staff is friendly, all the necessary procedures have been carried out. Nice ward. We only had problems with nutrition, as my mother has diabetes. Upon arrival at the clinic, they questioned and wrote down all the foods that she could not. And it turned out well, a very strict diet! I had to change the food along the way. I personally want to thank Svetlana manager. She responded to all our questions and wishes instantly, including weekends, and was always in touch. We had to postpone the arrival date twice, the clinic went to a meeting! Thank you all for your patience and understanding!

Hello, we are from Kazakhstan. Came here for diagnosis and treatment of my son. We really liked the clinic. Neurologist Barış Metin explained everything to us in detail. We learned a lot about my son's illness. My son has hydrocephalus and even after the tests we found out that he has epilepsy, the VP-shunt works at an accelerated rate, so my son did not develop. Now we are receiving treatment. We hope it helps insha Allah. I also liked the staff, especially the translators, I forgot the names, but one of them even knows the Kazakh language. It was super convenient. Thank you very much Bookimed, you are the best, you helped us a lot, especially thanks to Oksana and Anna, they always answered on time and put up with us for more than a month. Hello! For the first time, I sincerely want to leave a response, because it can save someone's life. My husband suffered a stroke, I will miss the details, as this can draw on the book ... But the point is that this is a great grief, as in principle any disease. After the ordeals and treatment, by the way, among our best specialists my husband could remain disabled. How pathetic it did not sound, but Bookimed was sent by fate. After discussing the diagnosis, my wishes and requirements, we went to the clinic in Laznitzhoe (Austria) And then starting from A to Z I can assure that everything was at the highest level. Special thanks to all the doctors of the clinic, Dr. Anne and the translator Manuel. Accommodation, treatment, medication and accompaniment of an interpreter were included in the price. My being with my husband was also unhindered and cared for me, too. This is not just a course of therapy, treatment, but also care and a wonderful atmosphere of the clinic, the staff and the wonderful nature around. In this all the most important thing is that my expectations from treatment not only justified, but also surpassed. My whole family against me coming to turkey for this operation from the Us they were very scared and I was a little nervous as well . Wish they could have come and seen how I was treated here like royalty . Hate to admit it but would have never got this kind of service in US. LIV Hospital services are very much in line with and in no way inferior to the world level, believe me, because due to health problems of my family, we had to see clinics in the USA, China, South Korea, Israel. From the very first call I felt great care for me as a loved one. Many thanks to Sabina, Nigina - coordinators / translators, they did a great job, we could contact them at any time of the day and they supported the patient with all their hearts. Please note that everything here is based on Turkish, only doctors can communicate in English. It can be seen how much Turkey has advanced and is self-sufficient. I am grateful to fate that I met the professor - neurosurgeon Chagatay Ozturk. Easy to communicate, concise, it is immediately clear that the highest level specialist, after the examination, identified the problem and showed it on the MRI scan and explained what was to come. An operation was performed to remove the hernia on L5-S1 and a titanium disc was installed. The atmosphere of the team was very favorable and cozy, there was a high level of coherence and discipline. The concern was such that I did not feel any pain or heaviness, although they say that the operation was not an easy one. On the second day after the operation, I already walked and on the sixth day I was already discharged. Finally I got rid of pain and sleepless nights over the years!
